GENTARI GO BIRTHDAY CAMPAIGN – 10% OFF CHARGING (“Campaign”)

The terms and conditions set forth below ("Terms") shall govern the participation of individuals in this Campaign:

CAMPAIGN DETAILS

  1. Campaign Description: In celebration of Gentari Go's birthday, Gentari is excited to announce a special promotion for our valued users
  2. Campaign Period: The Campaign shall commence on 21st February 2025 and conclude on 21st March 2025, inclusive of both dates.
  3. Reward: Participants can redeem a 10% off discount (“Discount”) for up to five (5) electric vehicle charging sessions conducted via the Gentari Go mobile application (“Gentari Go”). Each Participant is entitled to a maximum of five (5) redemptions only during the Campaign Period.
  4. Eligibility: The Campaign is open to new and existing users of Gentari Go (“Participants”). Individuals who do not meet the specified eligibility criteria are not permitted to participate in this Campaign.

Campaign Mechanics:

  1. Within Gentari Go, click on "Apply promo code" before initiating your charging session and subsequently, select the relevant Discount from the available options.
  2. The Discount is valid for transactions made on Gentari’s electric vehicle charging station only.
  3. The Discount is valid with all payment methods available on Gentari Go.
  4. The Discount cannot be combined or stacked with other vouchers, discounts, or promotions.
  5. Daily and overall Campaign level redemption limits may apply as determined by Gentari at its sole discretion.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

  1. Gentari reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Campaign, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Gentari’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Campaign, as determined by Gentari in its sole discretion.
  2. Gentari reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Campaign or to be acting in violation of these Terms or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
